Our Vision

Health Workers 4 Palestine is a global grassroots movement of health workers and those who believe in the right to health, led by Palestinian voices of change, advocating for an end to the illegal apartheid regime and a free Palestine.

Who We Are

HW4P was co-founded by a group of doctors in October 2023, in the UK, to combat the censorship they experienced, when standing up for the rights of Palestinian health workers and the rights of Palestinians to healthcare. This grassroots movement mobilised within a couple of months to now be established across 70 cities, globally and is the largest health worker founded and Palestine focused advocacy group in the UK.

The thousands of volunteers we now have globally, have truly become the beating heart of our unique voice and movement, advocating for an end to the ongoing genocide and a free Palestine.

Our Mission

HW4P believes that health workers globally have an important and unique voice in advocating for justice. We apply a rights based approach to our work, which includes advocacy and impact projects, striving for bringing an end to the illegal apartheid regime. We believe in collective action and impact, operating as a backbone organization, to bring together like minded actors for change, applying a systems based approach to our advocacy and impact projects.

We strongly believe that protecting the sovereignty of the Palestinian health care system is integral to liberating Palestine and that decolonisation is needed across several sectors to advocate and achieve this.
